Yes and yes but they don't call it chruch. It is called Kingdom Hall.

I can write all the good and positive things about the Jehovah's Witnesses and I do have lots to say but what is the point? Most are so close minded about this religion. People say it's a cult, brainwashed by the Watchtower organization, torture their children by forcing them to go out door to door... and so on and so on. Like what i've said before, this religion is the religion we love to hate.

I honestly believe, being an inactive catholic, that we hate the religion of the JW because they are annoyingly too good and are annoyingly the only religion that practices the qualities required from a true Christian.

Of course, the Jehovah's Witnesses is a treat to all of us who are not JWs. Why? Because they are exposing what we are doing wrong.

We understand them perfectly well.... we just don't like them. Therefore, we try to ruin them.

Yes, I think. I'm evangelical.
I went there when a Jehovah Witnesses invited me to celebrate Jesus death in the kingdom of Jehovah. It is the only event they are allowed to celebrate.
Also, I have their magazine.
I am feeling deeply sorry for their misunderstood.

I think they are misunderstood. The building where they congregate is called Kingdom Hall. They have no preacher, priest, or minister - just elders. The elders talk at their meetings and run the affairs of the hall. They discourage women from attending college (a waste of time). They have a closed society that encourages abuse as no one will believe what you say unless you have a witness. If you join them and then later decide to leave they shun you and pretend that you no longer exist, as once you've seen the light if you leave it you are lost.

I do think they are misunderstood..They are good loving people who love God so much..They are kind and honest and caring people who firmly believe what they teach others..

But...I do think that they are victims of victims..
I was raised one for over 30 years..by prayer and research I left the religion several years ago..The hardest thing I had ever done in my life..But, now, I feel peace inside..and a beautiful wonderful relationship with God..

They are well understood. Their doctrines are what fail the biblical test. However, if you choose not to apply any kind of test, then their is nothing wrong with them. Whether I've been to their church or not is irrelevant. I can learn much about JW's without ever stepping foot into their church.

GOD bless

by the term "misunderstood" youre saying that most of the stuff going around about them are negative. and there is a reason for that. they are a highly destructive cult that has the capasity to brainwash people and steal thier thoughts and tear families apart.

I have never been to their church, but I have a problem with ANY religion that comes to my door! I know my faith and I don't need someone to tell me what I should believe in!

I have no desire to attend a "Kingdom Hall." And I think I understand them well enough to know why I don't want to attend.
