This will help get rid of pimples once you do get them. Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon Epsom salts and stir to dissolve. Remove from the heat and add 6 drops of lavender essential oil and 6 drops tea tree essential oil. Allow to cool enough so that it will not burn, then dip a cotton ball into the solution and apply the to affected area. The remainder of the solution can be stored and reheated at a later time.
As far as reducing the amount of acne, try getting some strawberries and mash them. Then use as a mask. Some ointments that are prescribed use a derivative of strawberries.
If that doesn't work, you may want to go see your doctor, they may be able to give you antibiotics that help.
Don't over wash your face.

Try 2 times a day because if you wash your facea lot it can get more irritated.
Try dermatologists recommened products like neutrogena, clearisal, or clean and clear.
Drink lots of water to wash away the toxins in your body,
Too much sun exposure can make it worse so wear big glasses or hats.
Cut back on milk not too much because it has growth hormones and also aviod oily foods.
Eat more fruits and veggies,
Wash you pillow case 2-3 times daily because it is trapped with tons of bacteria and switch sides every other night.
keep the chemicals if you use hairspray or gel out your face.
avoid touching your face & don't pick at anything.
Your scars will go away in about 6-8 months.
If your face is oily use clean & clear morning burst shine control.
Also dont rub your face to hard.
Just take Care.

NATURAL ACNE PROTOCOL
1/ Never, ever touch your face.
2/ Use 3 facecloths to wash your face, one to soap on, one to soap off with very hot water, one to rinse off with ice cold water, in that order, once a day.
3/ If you are under 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A once a day with a full meal
4/ If you are over 18 take 5,000 IU of vitamin A twice a day with a full meal.
Do not get pregnant while taking vitamin A. Do not take any more, like Accutane, it will stop you growing.
5/ Never, ever. pick, squeeze or pop your spot. Read number 1 again.
6/ Do this for 90 days.
7/ Invest in a brand new pillow and 2 new or more pillow cases to double bag' your pillow. HOT wash every couple of days.

A bit of advice given to me as a teenager, a bit of science as I am studying allergic reactions and vitamin A is a part of that. A bit of research: I sat in a lecture at the back and watched the acne prone pick at their faces, those with the worse acne touched their faces 32 times in an hour, the clearest complexions didn't touch their faces even once. I have circumstantial evidence that acne is the result of dermatophyte transfer from hands to face...where it does not get washed off and is well fed by hormones, sweat a
nd oil...just a hypothesis... But it would explain why vitamin A is so effective as vitamin causes skin to remove dermatophytes.

The secret is never to touch the spots

Tips on how to treat acne and achieve perfect clear skin in as little as 7 days?

Proactiv is the best. I use it when I wake up & before I go to bed & my skin is amazingly smooth. It got rid of my acne & the scars it created. In a pinch, I use the Clean & Clear spot acne treatment. It clears up pimples in 3 days *really!* but not a face full, only if you have 1 or 2.

Also, keep some sort of face pads in your purse. I use Noxzema Anti-Blemish Pads for if I'm out somewhere & my face is greasey or if I'm playing a sport or something!

Good Luck sweetie!

your washing your face way too much. Every time you wash you face its really drying your skin and thats why your skin will get extra oily soon after. Its trying to overcompensate. The same is true for hair. Use a face wash, toner, and moisturizer when you wake up in the morning and before you go to bed. Use ones specifically designed for acne prone skin. Don't scratch or pop them. I know its hard but thats what leaves the scars. You can try things like pro active or ask your parents if they can take you to see a dermatologist.

You can buy cotton balls or puffs and clean the zits with Wintergreen alcohol. A bottle of alcohol wouldn't be too expensive if you had to replace it due to unwelcome "zit-men" using your cosmetics. They might have worse things than a few zits and want to clean a mess of cheeze out from behind a plastic face that has been glued on with your stuff. So alcohol, which costs less than a dollar, would be inexpensive, if price is a factor in your consideration. Guests that are not able to go to get their own astringent often also cannot get their own food, and that is why they have more zits than you. It is annoying to have to go out for a new bottle of expensive stuff when you see the cloud of contamination coming from the bottle others have used.

You want to make sure to exfoliate (to remove pore cloging dead skin) and use astringent. You should also use a face mask maybe once a week. Make sure you don't cake on your make up either. I have never used liquid foundation, but I only use a touch of cream foundation if I need it to cover up a blemish or under eye circles. I hardly ever broke out when I was a teenager and now that I'm in my late 20's everyone tells me that I have perfect skin. Summer is a great time for you to just let your skin rest from any make up before you go back to school.

ok when you wash your face that many time you acually remove the good bacteria that prevents acne, so it just produces MORE nutrients for the bad bacteria i'd say cut back on the washings, like once or twice a day is good, and use toner if your skin is oily. unfortunately the scars you cant get rid of.

good luck

ACNE: Proactive
PIMPLES OR ZITS: before you go to bed put a dab of toothpaste(preferrably white) on the zit leave it on overnight and when you wake up the next day just wash it off or you can put some honey on the zit and leave for about 5-10 hours but not overnight, during the day is fine.
