All of the sudden my 2 year old Yorkie is afraid to the things she used to do. And it happened overnight and there is no reason that I can think of that would make her change!

She won't get on the couch or the bed because she is scared and she ALWAYS slept on the couch and now she paces the floors and acts really nervous. It's went on for about 2 days now.

I was just wondering if this has happened to anybody else and could help me figure out what to do to help her get over it.. Thank you!!

The first thing you probably should do is take her to the vet for an exam. When there's a sudden unexplained change in a dog's behaviour like this, there's quite often a physical cause. Rule that out first, then go from there. Hope she'll be ok!

I have 2 yorkies one is 10 years old the other is 9 years old. Most Yorkies have their own character traits. One of mine is not afraid of storms while the other runs in terror. They are also people dogs. They have to be with a person as much as they can. They are cool pet's, but they have problems with allergies. The best way is take her to see her vet. Something might have happened to her while you were sleeping or not at home. Good luck!

I wold suggest yo have her checked by the vet she may have injured herself causing her to be afraid or there may be another physical problem.
I don' tthink you need to take her to teh emergancy vet it can probaly wait until monday . Just watch her closely for nay other signs of something being wrong.
Good Luck and I hope it ends up really being nothing.
