No, young'un - holding somebody's hand does not mean that somebody else looking (best friend or not) is jealous. However, if you'd like to know how the friend felt after what he saw - why don't you just ask him? I'm sure you will be able to determine what kind of feelings he has based upon his response - on the other hand - you could just ask him that too. (smile)
