ive been having some lower back pain for a while and i think maybe its cuz im not in skool so im at home alot and stuff. and the other day i did some situps and i think it helped but yesterday i wa injured in a soccer game so it hurts more

Lower back pain and injuries can be exacerbated if your abdomen is weak doing sit ups or crunches will help but as with any exercise do not over do it or you could make things worse.

Because of the fact that this pain has gone on for a while I would recommend that you get in touch with your dr to have them evaluate the situation further to see what they think is causing this. Trying any kind of stretches or exercises right now til you see the dr could make the problem worse.

Lay on your stomach, push up with your arms driving your hips into the ground. Arch your back back. That will feel good.

Laying down on your stomach. Pick your arms and legs up off the ground. Don't strain, just try to relax when you do it.

back extentions are good for your lower back and you need to stretch your hamstrings (bending forward and touching your toes) if your hams are tight they will pull on your lower back
