With a stop-loss in place there is no way they are going to be offering a 15 year retirement program right now. So no benefits to tell you about. Early retirements at the 15 year mark are when things are slow in the world and there is overmanning. That is not the case right now.

Not from the army.

The navy and air force are trying to cut personnel. They might still be using it as a tool to get rid of people.
