A cool cloth for a few minutes at a time several times throughout the day.
Only aloe gel. Not any other oil, moisturizer, cream, lotion. no butter, no vinegar. Nothing but aloe.
If little bubbles (blisters) appear, she needs to go to the doctor as an infection is likely. She is NOT to pop or squeeze the blisters if they appear.
She will also need to stay out of the sun until it is fully healed, as well as keep that area clean.

Pure aloe vera gel, especially extracted directly from a spear of the plant is a great treatment for burns of any kind. The more quickly you can get it on the skin after the burn, the better.
I keep an aloe vera plant on my kitchen window sill for just this reason.
If you don't have access to aloe vera there are drugstore treatments now for scars that have already healed. I haven't tried them personally, so I will not vouch for them, but they do exist.
Good luck.

You should probably go to a redi med or a er and get something to put on it , otherwise you could get an infection and be left with a nasty scar

silvadene cream is the best treatment, it will prevent infection and allow the burn to heal. Apply the cream and cover with a bandage, change it every eight hours.
