salt water will make you very ill, whether you drink it or use it in an enema, it is a dangerous practise and could easily make you sick enough to die. Don't be stupid, ok?

Dont drink saltwater..it dehydrates you and you'll get VERY sick

I've done it...I didn't die. I was doing the master cleanse when i did it.
