You'd rather say -and surely, it is spoken language, not pure, exact, formal etc. way of talking:
• tu veux bien être ma copine / petite amie?
• veux-tu être ma copine / petite amie?
• tu veux sortir avec moi?
• tu veux qu'on sorte ensemble?
or try reverse the question and offer:
• veux-tu que je sois ton (petit) copain?
meaning do you want me to become your boyfriend: she would be the one deciding

Voudrais-tu être ma petite amie?
"Would-you like to be my gf?"
"tu voudrais être ma petite amie ?"Sounds more like :"You would like to be my gf?" or "You wanted to be my gf?"
**You were on the right track though**
Derien et au revoir!

It is correct but you need to put the verb first which gives:
"Voudrais-tu etre ma petite amie?"
Good luck, i will cross my fingers for you!
