Yes, in fact Jesus does know Adam and Eve. This goes with the Holy Trinity. Since the Son, the Father, and the Spirit are all one, they were all present at the creation of the earth and, of course, the creation of Adam and Eve. He knows them very well because he created them. I hope that answers your question! :D

Adam and Eve had a talking snake. Jesus did not. He didn't know Adam and Eve, but he knew about them.

considering Adam and Eve were created before Jesus - DIRECTLY BY GOD's will rather than earthly parents... wouldn't they "rank" higher than Jesus?

Yes, He does, He was with God heaven from the beginning, who do you think that God was speaking to when He said;

Genesis 1: 26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.

Yes, Michael knew them (Christ's heavenly pre-existance). Read the Bible, Christ is said to speak with the voice of an archangel.
