yes. absolutly. Atkins diet. My mother succesfully dropped around 80 lbs in 3 months.
She is now in MUCH better health than what she was.
her blood sugar levels (had to take meds too) would cause her to forget who she was and made her passout a few times.
Now, no meds at all and her blood sugar is normal.
ok, staying on this diet long term (5 or more years) can cause heart problems, but I think my mother is better off with possible heart problems rather than obvious and real, immediate life threating issues caused by diabetes
oh and exersice is VERY VERY important to keep yourself healthy too.
no cheating though

If you are serious about losing weight you could get a gym membership and hire a trainer to give you a routine to do and if you follow that you should be able to lose that much but if you don/t want to spend that much money you could just run or jog or walk on your own and eat healthy. Also if you only drink water and avoid any other liquids that helps to

Don't try it. You will end up killing yourself. 10 lbs. a month is healthy, but losing 68 in 3 is completely unheard of in a healthy way. Sorry, you will just have to be patient.

You know the answer better than anyone. How long did it take to drop 100, and what did you have to do?

you could, it would not be healthy at all though, And also, to lose that much weight you want to go more slowly, or you will end up with a LOT of extra skin. If you lose weight properly you will lose the skin too

Not healthily. You can probably lose 24 pounds, possibly 30 if you were to work your butt off, but not more than that.

its possible but you've come a long way so don't be discouraged if you don't. just make sure you stick to a healthy diet and exercise regularly.
