Read Romans 1:18-28. That should clear it up. Focus on vs. 26-27. Also read 1 Corinithians 6:9-10.

Romans 1:26 "For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

(1:27) And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompence of their error which was meet." (KJV)

The chapter discusses a few things, and condemns not only those things but churches with turn a blind eye to that happening in their congregation, churches which "serve the created more than the Creator."

But, mind you, I don't believe in the Bible at all.

Rom 1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshiped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
Rom 1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:
Rom 1:27 And likewise also the men, leaving the natural use of the woman, burned in their lust one toward another; men with men working that which is unseemly, and receiving in themselves that recompense of their error which was meet.
Rom 1:28 And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Rom 1:29 Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
Rom 1:30 Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
Rom 1:31 Without understanding, covenant breakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful:

In the UK there used to be laws against being gay, but not a lesbian, because Queen Victoria, didn't believe two women could do anything. - and no one had the guts to explain to her how.

as for the Bible, no idea. but that was written by men , interpreting god, a very, very long time ago, chances are these men, did not know of lesbians, if they did, they would not have acknowledge it, because at the time men controlled all the power in their world

The seventh commandment covers in principle ALL FORMS of illicit sex, including male and female homosexuality—now an enormous sin in the Western world. Marriage is in God’s sight such a precious, righteous, holy thing that it must not be defiled! The meaning of marriage and its great purpose in God’s plan needs desperately to be understood in this age of unhappy marriages and broken homes.

Romans chapter 1
26Because of this, God gave them over to shameful lusts. Even their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural ones. 27In the same way the men also abandoned natural relations with women and were inflamed with lust for one another. Men committed indecent acts with other men, and received in themselves the due penalty for their perversion.

Well it says marriage should be between a man and a woman. And sex is for marriage. It doesn't say word for word. So some denominations say that it is a horrible sin, and others say it doesn't. It is all personal opinion.
