The biggest turn on for a girl is for a guy to have confidence. You want to ask her out, then understand this before you do:
If she is going to say "yes" it will be because she already likes you. If she is going to say "no", she's already made up her mind before you ask her. So, you want to visualize a positive ending before you ask her and pretend it's already happened...then go up and ask her like you know it's already been decided. If she says "no" or "get lost creep", just smile and say, "gee, thanks for letting me down easy." and calmly walk away. You'll score more points like that than acting like a weasel or a timid-tommy when you ask her if she'll please not let you down too hard. Be the guy you picture gets the girl and you'll get the girl. If not this one, then the next one.

My dude before you go ask this girl out, you must make her attracted to you. smelling good is the best way to get her and im not talking bout wearing no axe all over your body, get some smell good, a haircut, some swag and charm her, dont just say lets go out! make her laugh first then ask her out.
