Yes, that's a scam. As with all emails like the one you received, just give it the spam "heave-ho" into the garbage and move on. The truth is this: you'll get nothing out of this bogus lottery.

You wouldn't be getting into something illegal, you'd be getting scammed. You'd have to send THEM money for some kind of bogus fees, then wouldn't hear from them again.
These emails come to most people with an email address, and are scams, not real. I think you figured that out, especially since you've gotten as many of them as you have.

It is a BIG SCAM! Report them a spam mail and delete them ASAP! Many people try to get people to give them free money or CON them into illegal business ventures! DO NOT FALL FOR IT! There is NO such thing as a free lunch! Best Wishes!

These scammers ask for personal information and money. I wouldn't even open the email. I've heard that doing that can allow scammers or hackers to get into your computer and steal passwords, social security numbers, and other information.

You wouldn't get into anything illegal since you would be a victim of a scam.

like they say on t.v. ... "you have to be in it to win it"; if you yourself did not BUY a ticket, then you cannot have won.
