Ive heard that before changing you must say Bismillah otherwise the shaitaan can see you in the nude. Is this true? Do all Muslims say Bismillah before changing? Is it compulsary? What if you dont-- will it even matter because Allah will be guarding you depending on your level of faith, right?

Jinn can see you but all you say is A'udu Billah min Shaytanirrajim. Just like when you are about to recite Quran, when you say this you will be shielded and you don't have to worry.

This is a very good question. Before you do any permissable act, you should always say Bismillah. Remember to say as much as you can, because when you do that, you have much more faith in Allah (swt). I'm not sure if what you mentioned is true though. Allah (swt) knows best.

I've only heard that we should say Bismillah before we eat... bcz if we don't then we would be dining with satan...

Well technically you should be saying Bismillah for everything you do. Of course we forget but we can still try. I don't about the specific issue of changing clothes. I just try to remember to say when I start to do something - anything. One place I almost always remember to say it is in my car before putting it into reverse.
