First off you need to talk with your doctor. lactose intolerance I don't believe usually manifest itself by vomiting. Since this is such a drastic change from your normal routine, it is best to ask a real professional.
You may have, in fact, developed an allergy to milk. And there is such a thing as intestinal allergies. If your stomach, intestines or bowels cannot handle the food you put into it, it will be expelled from one end or the other.

You've probably developed lactose intolerance. If you can tolerate skim milk, then do that. A lot of people are only mildly intolerant and can eat cheese and yogurt, but bring out the ice cream and ... well, you know from experience. If the skim milk doesn't cut it, switch to lactaid (doesn't taste good though I've been told) or try out Silk soymilk...it's really really good, especially the vanilla flavor. And you'll probably have to give up the shakes...there are some great soy and rice "ice creams" out there though. A lot of mildly lactose intolerant people can still tolerate frozen yogurt (and it's a lot healthier).

Well...people become lactose intolerant at any age, often unexpectedly. I recently started getting sick by eating eggs.

It sounds like you have developed a lactose allergy.

I was developing allergies like crazy, wheat, nuts, yeast, mushrooms, on and on.

I went through a cleansing and they all went away.

Have you thyroid tested.
