As I have observed, lots of NASCAR fans dont like Jeff Gordon. Why??

In most Sports a mjority of Fans hate the Team that wins the most championships and games; or in this case races. Jeff Gordon is the winningest active Driver in NASCAR with the most championships.
Before Jeff Gordon 95% of Drivers in NASCAR were from the South. Jeff Gordon is a California Native raised in Indiana.
When Jeff Gordon began winning; Dale Sr.'s career was twilighting; which means the beginning of Gordon's career marked an end to the Dale Sr. era and the beginning of the Gordon Era. That is why Jeff Gordon is so hated.
Yeah, some people on here will tell you they hate him because he is whiner, gay, pretty boy, or had a silver spoon in his mouth. All of that is a bunch of bull fabricated by those who hate the fact that a man from California came into a Southern sport and began to dominate it to becoming a Winner, Champion, and a Legend.

There is nothing wrong with Jeff Gordon except for, let's think about this for a moment. Oh yeah now I remember, he's a winner something that Jr hasn't quaulified for this season. People who say he's gay or whatever insults you may come up with, can't actually accept the truth that Jeff is better than most drivers and that really kills them. Jr, Harvick, Kenseth, Busch fans, Jeff is better than them all, the stats prove it. Hate him all you want, but he will always be something most of your drivers aren't, a WINNER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

All the people who don't like Gordon are Earnhardt fans. they get mad because he is breaking Earnhardt's records. They say he whines about everything but if you watch Nascar every week like i do i never here him whine about anything. Stewart whines 100 times more then Gordon ever did but nothing is ever said about him. They say Gordon is gay but they don't know the first thing about him. Gordon is a winner and that's all there is to it . He has accomplished in a shorter period than what Earnhardt did in his carer. The one thing Earnhardt has more of is championships. Let Gordon beat that record and they will want to bring guns to the races and shoot him. there are drivers out there alot worse than Gordon ever was like Stewart Busch boys Harvick just to name a few. So you people who talk bad and put Gordon down need to get a life. and for those that throw stuff at him should be shot on the spot.

Well it's a common thing, people just hate people who are winners and Jeff is a winner. Also, he came into the sport when most of the drivers were goog old boys from down south. He upset the apple cart, so to speak, and advanced nascar into what it is today. A sport for anyone from anywhere. Good for him and it's good for nascar. Since he came into nascar, attendance has went up over 35%. A flashy young kis from Indiana with lots of talent. His Mentor, Dale Sr, made pals with him and showed him a lot of tricks to winning. But, as I said, people don't like people who win all the time.

there is nothing wrong with gordon. i am not a gordon fan but i guess it's like any other sport. i pull for the patriots and my friends that don't like them REALLY don't like them when they win all of the time. i pull for the astros and don't like any team that beats them. so if gordon wins alot, the people that pull for another driver will just have another reason to dislike him and talk smack

GENE IS MOSTLY RIGHT!! I AM FROM THE SOUTH AND I KNOW A FEW DOZEN PEOPLE THAT LOVE JEFF GORDON INCLUDING MYSELF!! I HAVE BEEN A FAN OF HIS FOR 16 YEARS!!
THE REASON IS MOSTLY BECAUSE HE IS A WINNER!! ALL YOU COULD HEAR LESS THAN 10 YEARS AGO IS HOW THEY HATED EARNHARDT !!

There are fans that do not like Jeff Gordan mainly for the rivalry between him and Earnhardt Sr..which in fact there was not one. Several other reasons is that he seems to be arrogant but in fact he is a very nice person and great driver just like Earnhardt Sr and Jr..............he seems to get booed plenty but as a driver and man, I respect him and his style, he takes it in stride. I congratulate him for his success so far this year

Nothing is wrong with him..people just say stupid sh_t and are mad at him for what? having talent? I'm a jr fan myself and feel jr and gordon will have a good driving relationship at hms.
