If the toe nail is bleeding, stuff a piece of bread or flour into the nail. Sounds wierd but it really works. My vet told me to do this when it happened to my dog on Easter Sunday. Saved me an emergency visit.

My dog recently broke one of her toe nails right off. It was so sad, she couldn’t walk or anything. Just make sure to keep it cleaned out with either Neosporin or just soaking his/her foot in a bowl of soapy water. Also to stop bleeding you can use super glue; sounds crazy but it is safe to use. Good luck.

I don't really know what you mean, but I'll try to help:

If you were clipping your dog's nail and you cut into the "quick" (the pinkish part), and it bleeds, it will normally clot naturally, but if it doesn't, your dog has a clotting disorder. If your dog has a clotting disorder use stypic powder to stop it.

keep it clean and you can use neosporin if needed.
I have heard of people using that liquid bandage
good luck
keep an eye on it and if it looks like it's getting infected take to the vets.
