What theory? I didn't know Al Gore had come up with any theories regarding global warming. In fact the only global warming theory I know of was created in 1938 by Guy Stewart Callendar, which was a decade before Al Gore was even born. So I think it's kind of unlikely that Mr. Gore had anything to do with the theory at all.
Even so, there won't be any 'proving' or 'disproving' of the fundamentals of the theory at all. They're pretty much established fact. Scientists might discover that some details of the theory were wrong, or they might come up with a better explanation, but that's about all they can do.

Global Warming is not Al Gores Theory
he did not invent it
all he did was point in to the past and the future and said look whats coming ,and he said we are to blame for a lot of it ,And thousands of other people are doing the same .Some like Bill Mollison were already warning about it over 40 years ago.
Al got more publicity because he moves in high places and he made the issue popular many people started looking into it because of his movie so 3 cheers for that
Irrespective of what he said ,Global Warming is happening all over the world ,this is not a question any more ,
The debate is ,who or what is to blame ,
but this is of secondary importance
the first thing to be concerned about is that it is coming and can we slow it down
So stop wasting time on Al gore
start thinking ecologically or
Are you an Enemy of the planet ????
Well are you ????

This is what I think Mr. Gore is up to: If we have a bad hurricane season this summer, he will get the nomination; If we follow that with a bad hurricane season in 2008, he will be the next president.
So it all depends if Al is the Prez or just Joe Nobody. If he's the Prez, and he's proven wrong he will find a new cause. If he's Nobody and he's proven wrong we won't care what he does.
BTW, What you or I think about Al as a person, politician, or president has nothing to do with the possible reality or fantasy of human induced global warming.

It's not Al Gore's theory. Global warming was first documented by Svante Arrhenius way back in 1896, since then we've had over 100 years to research it.
If global warming didn't exist then the planet would have no heat retaining capabilities and be a frozen wilderness upon which life would never have evolved. Live can't exist without global warming - it really is as simple as that.
We know what causes global warming - it's greenhouse gases, again, established in 1896. We know how the greenhouse effect works and so any increase in levels of atmospheric greenhouse gases, whether it's from natural or manmade sources, is going to exacerbate global warming.

There are particularly some scientists asserting the comparable element and there have been from the begining. worldwide warming is happening however, in simple terms as a results of fact it must be a organic occuring journey (which has no longer been shown-however I do agree) does no longer mean that it is not happening. there have been additionally holes interior the O-zone layer long in the previous we've been attentive to it even latest. That doesnt mean that we arent making some ourselves. the authentic worldwide warming debate isnt whether or no longer the planet is changing. this is not any longer even whether or no longer this is a organic cycle-this is customary via all who've regarded into it in intensity that this is. easy ecology teaches you that an environment can look after itself in maximum circumstances-if it gets too warm, clouds bypass up blockading sunlight, then bathe the area with water to kick back it down. If it gets too chilly the clouds bypass away which we could in extra sunlight to warmth the planet lower back. So the nevertheless unanswered question is whether or no longer what we are doing is rushing it up or making it distinctive via any ability. since we dont be attentive to, we'd desire to constantly be careful. in simple terms think of approximately chaotic dynamics-the extra variables which you upload, the extra unmeasurable effects you ought to have. As for trusting scientist: we nevertheless believe them after dark remember and dark capability we nevertheless believe them after ether this occurs for all time, anybody is incorrect now and lower back.

Well, part of Mr. Gore's theory is that IF he states the facts as he and most of the scientists in the world are discovering them, the world will wake up and DO something about it....or even CARE.
I'm afraid that questions like yours are proving that part of his theory wrong.

Forget Al Gore. He has nothing to do with the science of global warming.
And global warming has been scientifically proven to be correct.
The conclusive data:

summarized at:

In science a theory is proven when the scientific community accepts that the data proves it. There is no "Supreme Court" to make that decision, and there are always a few skeptics. The community has spoken:

"There's a better scientific consensus on this [climate change] than on any issue I know - except maybe Newton's second law of dynamics. Global warming is almost a no-brainer at this point,You really can't find intelligent, quantitative arguments to make it go away."
Dr. Jerry Mahlman, NOAA

Along with everyone else, Al Gore would be incredibly relieved if the scientific evidence (it's not his theory) and conclusions were proven incorrect. Unfortunately that's extremely unlikely to happen.

His theories is not about the future, it's the present, they are facts, actually. Maybe the way they were told are not very nice, but it's true. Global warming is a serious matter we have to worry about.
