i really dont care about fathers day, its just another boring sunday that i HAVE to spend with family...wel i msick and tired of it my family can shove it for all i care...i never had a good child hood all my parents did when they were together was fight and i hate my real father, he's a drunken ******* i hate him and i hate going to his house...he was never nice to me and never did the thing a father should do to be in his daughter's life and now he is screwed becuse im moving away and he'll never see me! ha i wont miss him! i mean i love my step-father he's like the father i NEVER had....but he treats me differently whenevr my REAL sister is here.... if i had it my way i'd move in with my friends so that i would never have to see my family again!

I AGREE IF HE WAS NEVER A REAL DAD .WHY SHOULD HE BE HONORED?LET'S FACE IT. THERE R A LOT OF DEADBEAT DADS OUT THERE WHO AREN'T TAKING CARE OF THEIR CHILDREN.BUT DON'T 4GET ABOUT ONES WHO R TAKING CARE OF THEIR KIDS.THEY SHOULD BE HONORNED ALL YEAR ROUND AS WELL AS SINGLE MOTHERS.PLEASE STOP WASTING TIME& ENERGY BEING BITTER @ A NOBODY LOSER LIKE UR DAD.PUT ALL OF UR ANGER INTO BEING A POSITIVE PERSON IN SOCIETY AND SHOW HIM THAT U CAN MAKE IT WITHOUT HIS NURTURING & GUIDEANCE. HE WILL FEEL LIKE A LOUSE LATER.I ALSO THINK U SHOULD GET COUNSELING 4 UR ABANDONMENT ISSUES . TRUST ME IT WILL HELP.I HOPE MY ADVICE HAS HELPED U.BESIDES UR STEP DAD RAISED U .SO WHY NOT HONOR HIM. It sounds like your step father is your real father, and your bio father didn't act like one.
If you do love your step father, then show it and honor him on fathers' day. Send your bio dad a card. Or have a meeting with him on another day. Even if he shows you a little care, that is better than nothing, at least if he doesn't harm you.
Be thankful for your step father.
If you don't have any choice in how to spend fathers' day, just do the best you can; it will end.

Well, fathers r really important. They r the leader of the family. Your father is the one that had sex with your mom that gave u birth. You really should appreciate happing a dad. Some people don't even know their dad. Their dad left them and didn't care. So ... be proud u have a dad... and that's why we celebrate father day... a day to appreciate great thing dad has done for you.

no matter how MUCH you dont like your father, you have to show him you love him! if it werent for him, he wouldnt help your mother make you. you might not even have the chance to write this! u know? well anyways, fathers day isnt for like 45325236t43745704597045970495704570459896 years, its only for a day, after you dont have to deal with it.

This is my tenth Fathers' Day since my dad died. He was a good guy. I miss him and Fathers' Day just reminds me that he's gone...

sounds like you and your family have some issues to discuss .you should seek counseling for your self and when your ready get your family to come to one of your sessions so you can get some of that hatred out of you
