Yes. I absolutely respect you. Awful is a personal individual viewpoint. Not all would share your opinion. The more you do it the better you get. You might even find someone that wants to "dance" with you in private. May even miss out on more. It can be a prelude to other joint activies, if you get my drift. Dance is such an important part of personal expression and like music it is fabulous for the spirit and soul. Important reminder here... Nobody is critisizing you as closely as you are. "DANCE ON."

Of course! At least they're willing to try and aren't afraid of what other people think of them. Besides, then that doesn't make things awkward for the girl if they're a bad dancer too. lol I'm not a good dancer and so dancing with a guy who's not good either doesn't make me feel like I'm the only person who can't dance. Plus, it's kind of cute. ;) lol

Yes, It takes alot of guts for a guy to come ask a girl to dance... especially since most do not dance at all. I always say yes to a first dance. If they are really bad dancers (I mean they actually step on my toes) then next time I'll politely turn them down.

No, if you're not a good dancer that wouldn't be the best way to make a good first impression. I begged my hubby for the first 8 years of our marriage to take me dancing and he wouldn't. He finally agreed and I'm happy to never ask him to do it again. There was a good reason he didn't want to go dancing! It was so bad that I actually apologized to him afterwards.

I am not a good dancer but I do respect man who has a brave heart to dance with me eventhough he's so awful .... look like the farmer dance ...

its cute when a guy trys to dance. i hate it when guys refuse to dance because they "cant". its stupid, and besides who decides if your a good dancer. as long as your out there having a good time, making us girls laugh and have fun thats all that matters. it usually makes the date go smoother because girls are more nervous than guys on a date and were very self-consious about a lot of things on dates.

Actually yeah I do, I get really sad if a guy refuses to dance! I don't care if he's not a good dancer, I can help! Plus I like extrovert guys, they should dance.

YES! Because it shows me that he's willing to try and he enjoys being with me. Slow dances are always nice, for obvious reasons. Mmmmmm.... Dancing in private is romantic.

sure, I have danced with my share of men, I still manage to have a great time with a guy who can't dance well...and the great part are the ones who fail to see that I can't dance well myself....I think as long as your having fun...who cares if he can't dance.
