For some reason I asked if anyone knew how to make the sweet tea from a particular restaurant and it got removed. Anyway, the restaurant is a fast food place, that sells seafood and has a big D somewhere in the name, that shouldn't be too hard to figure out. Anyway if you know that would be much appreciated.

i know what the name of the restaurant is i think you are missing the question. Yahoo removed the my questions because of copyright i geuss. (the first guy has the restaurant right by the way). I just want the brand of tea the use and the method for making it. it is the best sweet tea i've ever drank.

There used to be a seafood place called Captain D's, but in our area of Florida they have closed.
Making tea is simple. Fill a pitcher with hot water and put in the tea bags you like. You can steep the tea in hot water and it makes faster but can get an over heated flavor. Let set all day or all night. Remove the tea bags and sweeten to desired level of sweetness.

To make 'good' sweet tea: Bring 2 cups water to a boil, pour 3/4 cup sugar in pitcher then add boiling water, put in 1 family sized tea bag and let seep for 5-10 minutes. Remove tea bag and fill pitcher with cold water. Never refrigerate tea when it is warm or it will develop a 'film'. Hope this works for you.
