I went to the website to check it out. I'm not decided yet. The idea of if you eat too much fat, you could end up with anal leakage it not very appealing. It cost about $50 US, so I'm going to have to think about it long and hard before I decide if I want to try it.

No,but my friend tried all kinds of diet pills including the diet pill you mention, but then she found lipocene and so far is working VERY GOOD for her....and I'm thinking of taking it too,I recommend lipocene instead of Alli.

No, going to an acupuncture person is better. Saunas are also a good and effective way to detoxify your body. Try Sunlight Saunas. Homeopathy is another safe alternative. Diet pills are not really natural. And how exactly does the fat come out?

I bought it today, and have takemn it. I can't say why not trying it. It's definately worth it IMO. Especially if you eat foods with fat. It's not a magic pill though. You still have to eat less and exercise more.
