yes. but not like how coconuts have "water" inside. the plant cells of a watermelon have large spaces in them called "vacuoles" and this is where the water of a "water"melon is store.

(i like eating watermelon with a little bit of salt..)

My guess would be that watermelons are over 50% water. Since humans are over 70% water, it might even be higher then that...
