As an American I'm loosing "Capitalistic" Rights which is where the Christains exist within this country. The government is "Public" while religion falls into "Private"
The property taxes for Education (Public) are high. Regardless if you have kids or don't have kids, you are paying for what the Government deems moral. Additionally, should you have kids and want to send them to a real place of learning (that's not failing) well ... you still get stuck paying for a failing education system on top of the bill from the private educator (with no tax breaks).
Our "troops" who've died (recently or long ago) are now being threated of having any religious symbols taken off of memorials. Ministers & Priests who help our "troops" abroad are forbiden to say "Jesus" while Ministering.
Private Corporations like "Wallgreens" are forced to go against their ethics and sell the "Morning - After Pill" when the patient can goto "Planned Parenthood" (another Private Corp) ... this is like forcing a "Lung Doctor" to sell cigarets to his patients. Why is the govt forcing this?
The list goes on & on & on ... soon we will be so communist that religion will be gone and we will be standing in line for toilet paper while cheese rotts because it was delivered to the wrong place by the government.

The answers to this ought to be interesting. What cracks me up is in some instances the rights they claim to be losing are rights they don't think that anyone but them should have. And I love the "respect" answer. I'd like my religious beliefs to be respected, too. I practice Daemonolatry. But since, according to many of the fundies, I'm in league with Satan (proudly) I don't deserve respect, nor the right to pray in public, etc.... And for the whiny *** below me - the whole war on Christmas thing is bunk. Christians are just mad because they have to share the December holidays with people of other faiths. And they're angry that the stores decided to say Happy Holidays to be all inclusive (to make more cash) instead of catering to just them like it used to be. And for the guy below that - I pay taxes for public schools, too. Does that mean I have the right to insist my child (and yours) be taught about Lucifer during the school day instead of Reading, Writing, Math, and Science? My guess is -- no.

i feel i've lost the right to practice my religion without harrassment, which is a loss of civil rights, and probably 4th degree assault,as well as my right to free speech, since i can't even say "Merry Christmas" to another Christian without someone butting in and telling me how offended they are. I guess the fact that it's rude to eavesdrop, and participate in a conversation that doesn't include you, goes right over the head of the third party.

Freedom of speech. already in Canada a pastor cannot biblically talk about homosexuality in his church because it would be considered a hate crime, and he will be sent to jail. People are trying to get a simular law passed in the U.S.
Someone I know was recently in a court case because people working at the court house where he was doing open air preaching at (which by the way is public domain) didn't like him out there preaching.
There are various other examples, but those two stand out the most for me.

Right now there is a bill in congress that would make it a crime for a pastor to say that homosexuality is a sin. Whether or not you think it is, that would be a loss of the freedom of speech if it passes.
