It won't be fast!..it takes some time..and you can do it!
eat three meals a day....cut down he portions..little by little everyday....find a good routine of exercises for a work-out regime of 4 days a week...drink lots of water, and eat healthy fruit..such as apples, strawberries, and grapes...add yogurt to your breakfast meal, and try eating banana's but not too much...you need to get strength within you..and now that you will look good and love your body as it is right now, other wise it will be hard to make a change..and really just know that you can and will look good after that change or in the process..trust me!
once you get a well behave attitude towards this change then you can learn more about the calories and carbs intakes...just get through the beginning and learn the attitude then you go on on..good luck!

It's rather simple. For most people, (think about yourself) dinner time is when people crave food most. It is relatively easy to control yourself during the day. So eat small breakfast (a toast with coffee), small lunch ( a tuna sandwich).. drink a lot of coffee (coffee suppresses appetite) and finally EAT AS MUCH AS YOU LIKE FOR DINNER (when your craving is the baddest!) This works out because if you only have about 300Cal + 300 Cal for breakfast and lunch, you still have 1200 Cal left to stuff yourself. (based on daily recommended Calorie Intake of 1800 Cal) Don't worry.. however much you eat, you can't eat 1200 Cal in one go and you will lose weight! This way, you don't even have to sacrifice your love of food and the craving will never go out of control. A happy person a lean person make! (God I should get a noble prize for this diet method!)

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (lean meat, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Watch for the amount of calories and fat that you're eating, and when you work out try to burn as many calories as you can, with walking, running, jump rope, anything. Even dancing and cleaning and other physical activity will help. Also try to walk or ride a bike wherever you can, it helps the environment and helps you exercise and therefore lost weight

DONT! loosing weight fast will only result in you gaining it all back, because if you are looking for a quick fix, you arent really changing your eating habbits.

one way to loose Waite fast is to drink a big glass of water before you eat anything a snack or meal it flushes out all the junk out of your body . after you eat exercise or if you Don't want to exercise suck your stomick in it burns fat and works your abs

who knows maybe u could end up losing more weight than u wanted 2.

do sports... and if ur too lazy for that... just take a walk afterur super... and dont eat a lot of foods in the evening...
