Pure, unrefined Shea Butter is good for reducing the appearance of stretch marks and scars. It's a great moisturizer, and provides many other benefits.
I've also heard nothing but good about Cocoa Butter.

You will never fully get rid of them but you can make them a lot lighter, Nivea has a cream out just for stretch marks, it is sold at drug stores and Wal-mart. Also any with cocoa butter will help. Tanning also helps minimize them.

Coco-butter Stretch Marks Cream or Sally Hansen Bronzer spray. The bronzer is good for abrupt outings but coco-butter is slow but sure.

dont let them lie to you. stretch marks never go away. in fact the longer you have them, the darker them become, which makes it harder to reduce the appearance. if you see new marks developing, I suggest stretch mark cream or cocoa butter like the others suggested. But they wont go away, try a tatoo, it worked for me!
