all th kittens will play fight until they sort out who is boss, it won't necessarily be the two sisters that gang up. Don't worry about it, they aren't like people, they sort themselves out into a pecking order pretty quickly, and just observe that any scratches/bites are kept clean, and try to feed etc in such a manner that you aren't going to get the lowest kitten beaten up..LOL...for instance feed the dominant one first. good luck, it will be fun.

I think you should consider just getting one- two can be a handful to control- They'll probably be too busy playing to learn things.
You can slowly introduce the kittens to eachother and see if they get along. You first kitten may easily be picked on or even isolated- it does depend the new kittens' take on the old cat. You will just have to teach them by praising or using a firm voice and tell them off if they do something wrong.
I still advise you to get just one though.

Is the other kitten older? If she is then she might gang up on the other ones. But the new kittens probably wont gang up on the other one.

First of all, make sure EVERY cat is spayed or neutered.
Or you will have fights.
It can take a little time for cats to adjust to each other, but they usually do
The number one thing is to spay and neuter, or you will have problems

they might the thing you want to do is breifly let them see each other under a close eye and let them get used to each other. the reason for most animal ang ups is because the other animal feels threatened by the new animal, so you just have to let them get used to each other.

It doesn't matter. There are very few documentated cases of domestic cats killing other domestic cats.
They may fight, but they'll all settle in together eventually.
