I want to email the head of the council in County Meath in the Republic of Ireland but can't find out who he or she is and what their email address is. Can anyone help me please?

I love Tipperary. Lovely flat country. Though a bit too good at their hurling. I think it may be a bit a way. Not as the crow flies but generally the roads aren't good (that may have changed since 1996 mind).

the elections are just finished and our man bertie is back in power for the third term,how ever the goverment still has to be finalised so ull have to wait,depends which department etc u want,email me then as soon as i know ill let u no if u want
