How Do You Burn A DVD From A VHS Player?

I would like to burn all my home movies from vhs to dvd. Through a window vista PC.

Your PC needs to have a video capture card, or you can buy a cheap USB-based video recorder (check Pinnacle, Dazzle, ADS Technology, etc. ) as well.
First you capture the video, edit it, and then burn it on your DVD writer
