such kind of growth needs at least 4 factors as follows:
1. good rich nutrition.
2. sport that requires jumping, to stimulate body to height balance.
3. multivitamins and complimentary nutrients.
4. GSH ( Growth Stimulating Hormone ) , TSH ( Thyroid S. H. ) that being stimulated by Pitutary gland , in order to activate Thyroid and bone marrow , in addition to body glands to build essentials for growth ( for example: thyroxin, RBCs , male or female hormones - Testosterone or Oestrogen ), this was a part of the whole mount of information, but please beware of overloaded growth hormones that could be carcinogenic in the end , and in the end remember that the body is an entity of integrated system .

The bones in your body will stop growing at 21, so you have a lot of time to keep growing. Do some sports, like basketball, tennis or volleyball that will help you get taller. If you're already 5'8" you just need a little push for the 2 inches that you could get playing a sport. Good luck!

You can't force growing. It's possible you could grow some more inches in height but not likely (without even knowing your age - unless you are a teenager...)
The Pilates system of exercise is a fairly simple way to straighten out your core and firm your torso so that you stand taller naturally. It's not unusual for people who practice Pilates to gain a few inches in height. However, you have to continue with it (it can be done anywhere and needs no special equipment). Buy or rent a DVD of Pilates mat work.

Guys usually grow until they are about 18. If you are supposed to be 6 foot tall, you will be. Why exactly do you NEED to be that tall?

you cant force yourself to grow ,spine stretching (which should only be done under medical supervision)might help, otherwise it is in your genes how tall you will be .Look at the height of your parents ,this will give you a guide. there is a formula which you are measured as ayoung baby ,you are then half of your adult height, but i cant recall the age ,perhaps some one else will know on q/a

Milk. Drink lots of non-fat milk. Like 2 or 3 glasses a day.

there are actually these pills called growth hormone pills and yeah they are for your height but they will cost you a lot of money, but really you should eat really healthy and stretch like at least twice a day and you should get taller, also, you should be having a growth spirt soon
