Since you have been taking the Vicodin for 10 days or so, you should be able to stop taking without fear of withdrawal symptoms. Glad to hear the pain is gone. No need to take Vicodin since your pain is gone. If you are afraid of addiction, you can either discard them or have a friend/family member hold onto to them for you just in case you have a day that you may experience pain. Or, try just taking Motrin/Advil ( any generic is just as good and less expensive) Tylenol has no effect on reducing inflammation

you can stop when ever you want.
its not nesaccery. its really only for pain.
it has Tylenol in it and I think that it can reduce swelling too. I'd stick to Tylenol if you have some stiffness
The more vicodin you take the more addicted you can become.
addicted for 7 years.
I've studied hydrocodone the whole time.
I like to know what I'm taking.

this could nicely be some million/2 the quantity I take. when you consider which you purely forgot to take them, the soreness could desire to be almost long gone. you shouldn't attempt to withdraw without a doctor's checking you out. i do no longer think of you're in intense hardship ideal now, yet you're able to desire to work out a doctor quickly.

No, it takes a lot longer than that to develop tolerance/habituation even with use a lot more regular than yours. By the way, that's diddly for a dose. Either your surgery was minor or you did exceptionally well.

when the pain is gone stop
if it returns and it may break the tablets in half or quarters if you are able and take a small dose to ease pain the idea behind pain pills is to take enough to ease pain not eliminate it because if you eliminate it you may re-injure yourself through over exertion

You can just stop taking the medication. You will have no side effects, no need to take them if you are not in pain.
