Only if there wasn't a good reason why they were permanently suspended. I've lost count of the number of times that someone's complained about having an account suspended and then within minutes posted something that demonstrates why the former account was suspended. That's not to say that there might be those who were permanently suspended unfairly (especially if they didn't know about the appeal process), but from I would say that they are the exception, and not the rule.

They were suspended for a reason, and they don't need my remorse.
If you ask me, I'd say we're better off without them.
