Is it true that guys are itemdated by pretty girls and they are not as likley to ask them out?

If the guy is shy or has low self confidence then yes alot of guys are intimidated by pretty girls but you could always make the first move.

Some guys look at asking girls out like a game of chance. If a girl gets asked out by 10 guys, he has about a 1 in 10 chance of getting picked. If another girl gets asked out by 4 guys, that's 1 in 4. So either it's a 10% chance or a 25% chance. (This assumes all the guys have roughly the same chance of being picked).
It's also assumed that pretty girls get asked out more. Therefore one would assume a lower probability of success with a pretty girl.

It's always a risk for a guy to ask a girl out because she might say no. If she's especially beautiful and amazing, then it's extra-scary because it's a bigger risk.
I'm not sure that means guys still won't take the chance, but it's intimidating, for sure.

I am sure it depends on the guy. A guy intimidated by pretty girls is probably too shy to ask anyone out.

Sometimes, but it's just as likely to intimidate a guy if a girl is perceived as stuck up ( also causing him to shy away).

yes. when i was in school we knew who to ask out and who not to. the prettier the girl the less likely we would ask out knowing that we would get turned down. also if the girl her self knew she was prettier then most also know she could get any boy she wanted and would not even talk to guys she thought was beneath her.

actually, it's that guys w/lower self-esteem are intimidated by confident girls, who often happen to be pretty.

ahh.lol.this really depends on the boy and his confidence,if he is confident then no.but if hes shy and you like him,soz but you gotta make the first move.
