ive been working out by using my bicycling work out machine but im not sure what results there can be?

It can help you burn calories which is great, and it works your thighs, and you buttocks also it can give you abs if you hold your abdominals in tights while using that machine. It also gets you sweaty which is healthy to do everyday.

It is an outstanding aerobic/anaerobic tool for workouts, since you can vary the amount of effort you put into segments of the "ride." What is especially great is the low-impact on the legs and upper body - not like running - but you can clock great workoits every day.

omg ! put some fun between your legs!

you raise your heart rate and get a good cardio work out as well as burn calories which leads to weight loss and firm toned muscles !

don't take it easy, RIDE that puppy at least half hour at a time. good luck

C`mon now.....it won`t do u any good...if u cycle on a machine......Take a bicycle and go for a ride.....u`ll feel much better....

Well it can make you hot! At least the women I've seen coming out of the spinning classes have really nice....
