Please help me with my diet. Besides exercising, any good food or diet that would allow me to slim down? Or any suggestions to anything regarding this, thanks!

Low carbs foods like fish, chicken, and eggs work really great with diets and are high in protein. Also try healthy home-made shakes and smoothies with fat free frozen yogart and fruits. Working after waiting 15 minutes after eating gets your metabolism working fast and helps you burn calories much easier then just randomly working out during the day. Having a set working-out schedule also has much better over-all effects then doing random workouts during the day.

Try a variation on Suzanne Summers diet. Just don't eat fats and carbs together. No pasta and meatsauce or Steak and potatoe. Eat meat with veggies and carbs with veggies. Stay away from junk and soda and eat lots of fresh fruit and veggies.

Drink water!! Trust me. It's one of the best and safest ways to lose those pounds. It fills you up so you dont eat as much and it's really good for your body overall.

-stay away from greasy/oily/fried foods
-eat more steamed vegetables
-eat fruits while exercising
-drink lots of water!!!!!
