Actions speak louder than words, but God says ,that with our mouth we speak life or death. The tongue is very important in God's eyes and the words , that we say.

By both
Actions are always the starting point but you need to talk with someone as well. It they own up to doing something wrong I might give them a second chance to retain my trust. If it becomes obvious that they have mental problems and operate more like a child I will moderate my judgment.
I like to accept people as they are and understand that some people just don't care what i think or how their behavior effects me while others have limitations that appear bad but are not mean spirited.
To Judge by actions alone would be a questionable action in itself. To Judge by words alone would be down right foolish.

We should take the time to be judged like we would like to be judged.

Mostly by actions, because actions really do speak louder than words. Someone can say they think of you as a friend, but they never want to get together, or call. That makes their words null and void. I could come up with a lot more examples, but I need to get off this darn computer, and take my girls to the park. Have a nice day!

Judge by the intent behind the words and actions. Attitude of person to perform the act is what one must findout to judge.

When working with people from all over the world I try to not judge them, but listen carefully to what they are saying and are not saying. It helps me to take the other's actions into consideration to get a feeling about the importance of their words. Some in America want everyone to speak English. To help others learn to tell me what they want, I try to get a picture in my mind of what they are saying and feeling. Sometimes it is nearly impossible for people who do not speak or understand English to get their point across. However when they do, a smile comes over all of their body and you can sometimes even see their soul.

Words are cheap and mean nothing unless backed by the actions that prove them to be true. In the business word there are tons of people always using words, making promises and saying a lot of nothing. But you will find that quiet person that just makes it happen. They get things done without saying much. There are also people who talk a lot and get things done. These are the ones that become supervisors and managers.

Always go by the actions of others. That is their true colors and will be serve you in life and in business.

Judge by actions

words sometimes just spill out in anger...or unknowingly words can break hearts and relationships!!

Actions are quite based on our thinking...and u can judge anyone best on the basis of how they think!!

No friend,

I usually judge the words by their (people who spoke the words) actions.

Well, to start off with, Phelps group is a small group and are mostly one family. They are considered to be a radical group and just about every other church out there condemns their acts. The media shows them as the hateful group of people they are. Radical Islam is cheered in their home countries, the media does not talk about how hateful they are and for the most part, and if you ask many Muslims they say things like, "I can understand why the Muslims do the things they do, it because *they* (meaning everyone else) do this." Whether they are accurate or not, they are tolerated, and cheered on.

Actions. Some people automatically say what they think without thinking of what their words could do but we can all control our bodies. Anyway as the cloche goes "actions speak louder than words"
