Try a supplement in powder form. Write me at jade_flowershop@yahoo.com on where to get it. If your eczema is nutrition related, you will get results with this product.

I have suffered from excema for most of my life (I'm 43) and it has varied from mild to annoying. Hydrocortisone creams help when you are experiencing a bad rash but you shouldn't rely on that too much because it thins out the skin.

Excema is a strange affliction because it is related to diet and mood as much as anything else. Stress will add to your excema as well as many foods. I have several food allergies as well (and these exaserbate the excema or may even be a direct cause)

I've drastically changed my diet and lifestyle (for example I get stressed out driving in traffic so I switched to cycling) and right now for the first time in 30 years I don't have a spot of excema on me (at least right now).

One more thing, I tend to get excema wherever sweat collects so if I rinse that off with water as soon as possible I find that helps. I used to get excema under the wristband of my watch for that reason so now I just keep my watch in my pocket instead of on my wrist.

Experiment with changes like these and while your excema might not go away you will learn what helps and hurts it.

That is hard. And I used to get teased a lot by kids whose idea of fun was to make life miserable for anyone not in their little brainless cliques.

You'll want to talk to a dermatologist about your problem.

I did just have one idea: Have you tried oatmeal soaps or baths? I seem to remember hearing that was good for some skin problems.

Hmmm.... Have you talked to your doc about it? My son's pediatrician prescribed Elidel for his eczema... and it worked wonders... but you also have to moisturize very often.... right out of the bath with a good lotion that has no alcohol or other irritants in it (perfumes and such)... also... a good sunscreen is vital....

Well, if your going on about that kind of "dry"skin rash type of thing, It can fade etc, I'd advise seeing your local GP + asking for some supplements for it.
