and i don't like it. im 5'5" and weigh 111 and 14 years old. i am ALWAYS thinking about weight. how do i make myself not so concerned?

Find something of substance to obsess about. Something POSITIVE. :) Help someone; tutor someone, explore an Interest (a hobby, sport, job- etc.)... Project your concerns OUTWARD- so that you're not so self-obsessed. If you think you're a "nice person"- then get "out there" & find someone (or some thing) that needs you. Not only will YOU be happier- but you'll be making the WORLD a better place! :)

You can't really until you become okay with yourself. Worrying about your weight when you are not fat is a sign that your self-confidence is low. Only then will you stop obsessing about it.
