Bankruptcy is Federal law so it's the same in every State 10-years.

usually 10 years but there are ways of removing it with in a year talk to a financial specialist a good one will get it off in a year ( i know from experience)


Just like every law in the usa there are ways of getting around it. Look at OJ he killed 2 people and got away with it!
