You should do cardio EVERY day (5-6 days per week). You can do weight training every other day if you want to, but I found it to be too much because I'd have to work my whole body which got tiring. I switched to doing upper body one day and lower body the next. This seemed to work better for me. You have to keep challenging yourself otherwise your body gets used to a certain activity and you stop seeing results. You probably are not noticing any muscle definition if you have a layer of fat to burn off (cardio, cardio, cardio!). Once that comes off you will notice it. Also, make sure that you are using proper form and technique so that you do not injure yourself. I suggest hiring a personal trainer for a few weeks.

Hi,

I've tried so many different diets in the last 10 years that I can say now, they don't work!
A few months ago, I came across a great product for weight loss and like many others I was skeptical about it. But I really wanted to lose weight and I tried it. The results were excellent and I lost 20 pounds in 2 months. I felt fantastic and I dropped another 5 pounds safely. That's why I recommend you check this product at
http://www.ezunderstand.info where they have a free trial and you only pay 6.95$ shipping and handling.
Good luck!

You are going to have to workout at the least 4 times per week with weights if you want results. How old are you? You can also use a protein meal replacement, protein is what muscles need to grow.

It's hard to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. Possible...but very hard.

Its better to focus on one or the other. To gain muscle increase your caloric intake and make sure you eat plenty of protein.

Make sure you develop a good workout program too.

I used a program I found at http://www.bestmuscleprograms.com that worked wonders.

Good Luck
