Sure, if you don't count all the OTHER people who've gone missing and have NEVER been found.
There are no signs except the ones people WANT to see -- and the ones on the highway.

No. Sentimentality is a form of delusion.
I don't even know exactly which incident you're talking about, but you DO understand that our "relationship with the Muslims" is dependent on a whole host of factors, nary a one of which is going to be impacted by the story of some 5 year old girl surviving an accident.
It's true that occasionally some such event seems to galvanize a change, precisely because of its sentimental impact, but in such cases it's only a symbol - all the other "real" factors have to be in place for the tide to turn.

Why would you think that finding her would have anything whatsoever to do with the Middle East and the Muslims???? The only thing it could be a sign of is that God is still on the throne and the fact that if it's not your time to die, he will save you from anything. I'm not sure what your smoking but, you might need to lay off the stuff for awhile lol.
Rolls my eyes at your question lol.

It is a sign that she is alive
Is that not enough?
I don't see the connection between a five year girl being found and the war in Iraq, or any other conflict in the world.
Perhaps you can weave these two facts into a short story or novel if it moves you. In fact, I encourage you to do so. Keep up with your imagination! - Its cool!

I have not heard this story but I dont see how there could be any possible connection to the war or the muslims. Good news for the little girl though. Im gonna have to go read about it now.

no,
wrinkles are a sign of aging, redness in the skin is a sign of too much sun, my stomach growling is a sign that I'm hungry....
this is merely good luck, and is not a sign of anything to do with the war and our relationship with the muslims.

No but then the only signs I believe in are the ones I see driving down the highway...
One can take any event and read something into it if they wish to see it.. it's all about perception...

She was a lucky little gal.. and I'm glad. But we reasonably know that has nothing to do with the war. If only things were that simple.

No.
How can you interpret something that remote as signifying that everything is turning around? They're not interconnected at all. In my opinion, it's pure wishful thinking.
Now, if she'd found Osama Bin Laden in those woods and brought him back...

The warm thing is great. It's a warm story. To read anything else into it is a bit silly.
