Some tool in a jeep almost rammed into the back of me this morning in a 30mph street, he was doin like 60 weaving in and out of a crowded 2 lane road. Im sick of it, Im going to mount fore/aft cameras and start giving police a nice video of these idiots..is it evidence enough to have them busted?!?

Why? Because I wanna protect myself from clowns like this who drive like maniacs..thats fine, but when they almost f*king kill me it becomes my buisiness, capiche..dont f**king break the law or endanger other people's lives.
If you wanna kill yourself do us all a favour and put a 9mm thru your bone head..

In Ontario, you would need to appear in court to testify and you would have to be able to identify the driver. A video would be good evidence but you would also have to provide a description of the driver.

A simple license plate number, description of the vehicle, driver and any occupants, and last known direction of travel is all that is needed. A Police Officer will need to "physically" on-view (see) a misdemeanor offense (traffic infraction) in order to take action...Your local Police should have a website where you can make a "traffic complaint" concerning an ongoing problem in your neighborhood..!!

I doubt it will be enough for the police to take any kind of legal action, since most trafiic violations are of the misdemeaner type, but it may help if you go to your city concil/county commishiner meeting with said vid and ask for more police pressence.
