Ok I used to have a Bulliten Board in my room (corkboard), but the tape on the back ruined my paint. I want a bulliten board to just put pictures of my friends on that doesnt cost a hundred dollars. I saw one at pbteen but each piece cost like 25.00 each. That was crazy. My room is light purple. I just want a bulliten board that would go into a room that a teenager lives in. So if you could just give me a few links that come up with some Bulliten boards that would be great. Thanks

In my room I have this board thing with ribbons across it in a criss-cross pattern. Its meant for holding photos and it works well since you dont have to stick pins through your pictures. I think you can buy them at target.

I had a piece of white card board from an art print. I cut 1 inch gashes all around the 4 edges, then wrapped yarrn
every which way between the cuts, to make like an abstract
spider web. Then I hung it with 2 3M hooks, which just slipped in between the yarn. I use it as a bulletin board.

Michales Craft stores has nice bulletin boards.
They also sell flat cork- just the part where you stick the tacks in and you can cut them into shapes or whatever and hang them up.
Other than that, white boards work too. you can tape stuff up instead of tacking it or you can get a half white board half bulletin board.
I saw a nice huge one at Wal Mart for about $8. It was like four by 3 feet.
They have smaller ones too. You could also try Five Below- everything there is $5 or below!

I saw a generic bulletin board once that had been transformed just by covering it with colored construction paper that was stapled onto the cork part. I'll bet you could use fabric, wrapping paper or wall paper in the same way. You can use tab tops off soda cans to make hangers for the back of the board so it can be hung on a nail(s).
