You might want to seek medical attention for your hormone disorder first. My GF went to a Chinese Doctor who prescribed some herbs and acupuncture, and she lost quite a bit of weight and it really improved her attitude. If you lose the weight before starting dating, you might attract a higher class of boys too. Just a respectful suggestion. The most important thing is to have a lot of confidence and be feminine. if you call yourself a whale, that might be currently lacking.

Personally I think you can achieve that goal. I have used the Fat Smash diet in the past and lost weight fast in the beginning stages. Its the one that is used on Celebrity Fit Club on VH1. The book that Dr. Ian Smith has out works great on telling you what to do and all. It doesn't starve you and you can still eat what you want. It just teaches you how to moderate your eating so that its healthy for you. And excerising along with that will be great.
I think that at 5'8 you should be great at the size you want. But you have to be happy with yourself. And your family and friends will see that you look great at that size. You will be ready to head out on the town with them with a new attitude.

It's a good thing you want to lose weight though, not only because its healthy for you but yes you would look much better. I think if you want to set a weight you should go for 150 just to be on the more healthier side of things. You should probably go for size 13 just to set a better goal to achieve.

You need to lose alot of weight and I know you can do it if it's important to you. What I would do is count your calories every day. Keep a journal of everything you eat and drink. Give up sugar and pop completely and fast food. Go to the grocery stores and buy some lean meat, and low fat cheese and low fat bread and lots of fruits and veggies. Drink a ton of water every day and make sure to exercise at least 30 minutes every day. Start out slow like in walking and work your way up.
Join a gym and ask if you can work with a personal trainer. Sometimes they will offer this for a small fee. Good luck to you. I know you can do it. Oh, here's another tip. Don't combine your carbs and proteins. For instance, don't eat meat with pasta and bread. And, visa versa. Good luck.

From a guys perspective, I am unsure of what womens sizes look like.
My opinion for your situation, is that your goals is completely obtainable. I have seen many adversities conquered when desire and action are put together. I think you'll look great and feel great because you deserve it!
Remember, it won't be a smooth sailing trip to your goal but just remember to envision the end result and let everything else fill in the details.

I am 11 and wear 00 I don't have a secret for keeping tiny, but I think if you believe hard enough, you can lose weight, and maybe even get a size smaller than 15.

I think you should start off with going to your doctor and getting advice.. with your hormonal disorder first..
Then they can send you to a good nutritionist and they will help you pick the right foods and form good eating habits.
If you feel comfortable at any weight then that is ok..
Only do what feels good for you..
And losing 33 lbs in three months.. is not unattainable..

once you start the ball rolling and feeling even a little better about yourself, you'll demand a little of your body and mind and spirit to get it all together... it takes approximately, 30 days for the body to get into habit of any task. the inertial of resistence is the biggest obstacle, so just persevere and keep yourself disciplined even on those days you don't want to... through sheer habit alone, you will achieve this goal or any goal in life

no sweetie. i'm 5'4 and sz.12 is my perfect size. when i was in a 12 my hip bones and neck bones were sticking out. size 15 does size like perfect proportion for 5'8.
