im cramming for finals at the moment so i find caffine very useful, but its too hot for coffee so i just drink a 473mL can of monster with about 1L of water every 5 or so hours. is that "bad" for me? or iare energy drinks just like coffee?

Monster has double the caffeine of a reg. black cup of coffee. I have listed both with the 8 oz. size, ( I know you drank more), but this way they could be compaired for you side by side. I will list a great site below that calculates how much caffeine is in many of the drinks we all drink. Good Luck on Finals!!
