theres this guy who everyone knows he likes me. its flattering but how can i tell him that im not interested?

Well, put yourself in his shoes. How would you like a guy to tell you he was not interested in you? I don’t believe in being unkind to people just because I don’t share the same feelings they have for me. I would not want to hurt their opportunities for a relationship down the road because I crushed them. So, I’d let them know that I’m flattered that they feel that way about me. But that I’m not open to that kind of relationship at this point in my life. You could just get a nice card and write it to them if your to shy to say it face to face.

If he is shy same way as you, than he probably
will never tell you that he likes you and because you do not wont him filling will disappear in some time. But if he will asking you out, the best think let him know that you can Be a friend only, just tell him the truth, or maybe you so shy you do not wont to admit that you like him.

Just approach him, telling him that you are extremely flattered by the attention but you'd rather start out as friends.

You might be afraid of hurting his feelings, but your best bet is really to just be up front with him. Tell him you're not interested in a relationship right now, or that you're interested in someone else. It may be awkward at first, but he'll appreciate your honesty rather than leading him on.

Just let him know up front. Let him know you are flattered by his attention but you are not interested. It might hurt his feelings for a little while but that his far better than to string him along thinking you might be interested in him.

Tell him there is great beauty in his eyes then point out it is just a reflection of yourself so some other better looking dude.
