I am 14 years old and cross eyed.

And I Love playing Baseball with my friends but i swear being "cross eyed" or "lazy eyed" or whatever i got effects how well i do.

like I strike out alot because it is so hard for me to focus on the ball. same thing when im catching.

do you think this has to do with my cross eyes or lazy eye?

Yes, because your eyes are not aligned, so one is looking at the ball and the other is looking at lets say a tree. So only 1 eye is paying attention on the ball you are about to hit. I would recomend getting the treatment from your doctor. The treatment is putting a patch on one of your eyes and then they will be aligned. And then you will have to wear glasses (and if its not that bad, contacts) If it is verey severe then you are going to need surgery but it shouldnt be that bad! Sorry to hear about your struggle! Good Luck!!

Yes it has a lot to do with your eyes being cross, your eyes and solves the underlying cause of crossed eyes by teaching your eyes to work together you need surgery.

Have you seen the movie Rocky 4?
If not, there was a part of Rocky's fight with the russian where rocky said.."I see three of him out there"...yo Adrian!! Ok he didn't say yo adrian...
well anyways, his coach said.."hit the one in the middle!"
I think we can learn a lot from the rocky series....
