Two things to try, do basically the same thing, and relatively cheap at around 5 bucks.
#1 - Tea tree oil.
#2 - Campho Phenique
Both are topical liquids that you'll apply to the pimples using a cotton swab. before applying, cleanse skin but DO NOT exfoliate or rub your skin very hard in the pimpled area, you don't want to further agitate your skin. if you normally use a moisturizer, then use it and wait for it to absorb completely into your skin. Then apply eithe #1 or #2. then don't touch the area!! I suggest doing this at night! both of them have a strong "mediciny" smell, do it before going to bed. Both will reduce size and redness.
For during the day, I would use regular 10% benzoyl peroxide cream - cheap too. and they're all the same, so do buy the super expensive kind. when using Benzoyl cream - apply the cream ONLY to the pimple area and NOT your entire face.

I would go to the Dr if you can...OR stop putting stuff on them and don't pick... neither will help. A little trick that usually works for me is a small amount of toothpaste before you go to bed on them..DO NOT put large amounts or leave it on all day, it will burn your skin. However a little dab will do just fine in helping to dry them out... then to help with taking the red out on the day of the party Visine a little bit on a Q-tip in the morning, you can add that through the day or start now.. I know that has worked for me in a pinch many a time. Just go easy on the toothpaste...it does work!!! Oh and you can use any type or flavor.

Right now my skin is perfectly clear, for the first time in 3 years. It's been about 9 weeks and all my acne is gone. It is such a great feeling to wake up with clear skin.

I suggest the quickest way is to get a tube of Foundation based Clearasil. This will dry out the zits and cover it up at the same time.
Apply it 3 or more times a day. It dries the zits out and works fairly fast.

If there's such thing as those pimple-stick or cream, buy it and apply it regularly. If it doesn't disappear, use dermablend or a good concealer, and it'll be pretty much gone.

Frankly, I think you're placing too much emphasis on your personal appearance. While hygiene and proper grooming are certainly important, your true friends will judge by your character, not your pimples.
