sure it's okay for you to eat but make sure the portion size is small.
it's not what we eat so much that puts fat on, it's how much we eat that is the problem

It's good that you're eating salad, but it's not that good for you the way it is. Cheese has lots of fat and calories, but it provides calcium. Olives, broccoli, green peppers are great for you (no downside). Lettuce should be mixed greens, romaine, or better yet, spinach, rather than plain iceberg lettuce.

Ham and bacon are not good for you. Lots of nitrates (chemicals) and fat. Ranch dressing is quite fattening.

For a salad makeover, you can use spinach leaves, turkey instead of ham/bacon, lowfat cheese, and a light vinaigrette dressing (olive oil and vinegar).

It's hard to tell without knowing the relative amounts of each food. I would add a wider variety of vegetables. You could replace the lettuce with spinach and add some vegetables or fruit like carrots, tomatoes, beets, peas, etc. Depending on how much you put in your salad, it might be kind of high in sodium and fat as well. You might not want to put all the saltier stuff on each time. Try using chicken or turkey and not every salad needs to have meat. Croutons do nothing for you nutritionally but a few aren't a big deal. If your ranch isn't low fat, consider changing it.

No...not if that is all you eat for lunch and dinner.

Drop the dressing. Toss the bacon bits out the window. The Croutons can stay, if used in moderation.

As for the ham, while it is a "healthy" meat, the amount generally used in a salad will make you kind of short in the area of protein. This will cause your body to canibalise itself to keep you alive.

If you are eating this to loose weight, talk to your doctor about a referral to a licensed dietician.

Change to fat free cheese or eliminate the cheese, drop the croutons and the ham, use fake bacon bits made from soy and find a fat free ranch or other fat free dressing, add 2 ounces of lean white turkey(optional)

Get rid of the bacon, ham and the ranch. Replace with chicken breast and olive oil, vinegar and parmesan cheese.

Why are you eating the same thing everyday? Mix it up a bit!

It sounds pretty good, but you don't say how much bacon or how it's prepared.
